Spokane scores three in third period to down Prince Albert 5-2

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane scored three unanswered goals in the third period to end its two-game losing streak with a 5-2 victory over the Prince Albert Raiders in Western Hockey League action Friday night.

Matt Marantz, Steve Kuhn and Tyler Johnson all scored in the third for the Chiefs (3-2-1), who outshot the Raiders 36-25.

Levko Koper and Stefan Ulmer also scored for Spokane, while James Reid finished with 23 saves.

Igor Revenko and Jordan Rowley scored for Prince Albert (4-5-0), playing the first of five games in the U.S. Division.
